OPEN POSITIONS

We are looking for a Senior C++ Gameplay Programmer to join our quest. Your mission will be to collaborate directly with design and art to transform creative concepts into robust, performant, and polished gameplay reality.

• Develop core gameplay systems in C++ and Unreal Engine, such as player mechanics, AI behaviors, camera systems, and UI integration.


• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams—designers, artists, and producers—to translate design specifications into technical requirements and robust, shippable features.


• Architect and implement scalable, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to high engineering standards.


• Optimize and troubleshoot complex gameplay systems, identifying and fixing bugs, performance bottlenecks, and memory leaks.


• Plan and execute complex features, drive down failure rates, and take ownership of the stability and quality of your code.

• 5+ years of professional programming experience in the games industry.


• Shipped at least one (1) commercial AAA title from start to finish.


• Expert proficiency in modern C++.


• Deep understanding of Unreal Engine (UE4/UE5), including a strong grasp of how C++ interacts with the engine and Blueprints.


• Strong 3D math skills, including complex vector and matrix mathematics.


• Proven experience developing and optimizing core gameplay systems (e.g., AI, Physics, Animation, UI, or Character Control).


• Experience with multithreaded principles and performance optimization.


• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.


• A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.

• Experience with console development (PlayStation, Xbox).


• Experience working on RPGs or Open-World games.


• Familiarity with Unreal’s networking and client-server architecture.


• Experience with modern profiling tools.


• A passion for making and playing games.
